We already know what Bootcamp is and what Stand Up Paddle is, so for all SUP lovers, I bring you a super FUN, didactic class with many Bootcamp exercises adapted to Stand Up Paddle.
In this Bootcamp training & lesson, we will increase your
physical resistance, grow our balance, we will get greater control
and confidence with the SUPboard and the paddle. You will learn new
super fun exercises and above all we will meet new friends

This activity is adapted to all levels of participants, from
beginners to advanced.
The goal of the training is, to get fit over the SUPboard and
complete all the exercises without falling into the water! can we
